xxmartinxx
I recall a few months ago Var mentioning that he was looking in to reissuing Hello Bastards and JBD on vinyl, but he had mentioned that the art work was missing. The general consensus was no one cared if the art had to be redone. Anyone know if there's been any traction on putting these out?
justindinealone
i remember this too... hell, ill re-create the art for free to get this rolling.. seriously.

northernfailure
You can just scan a CD cover at a high resolution and it would work fine for printing a 12" sleeve.

tankerdesk
well they could scan the LP cover with a drum scanner and get pretty good results. Really though they should just do new artwork for them.
forgeagain
Really, NOBODY has the original files? That's crazy.

nickheitman
Just do some cool new screen printed covers kinda like what Asian Man did for the Lawrence Arms recently. horrible idea, IMO. no offense, just doesn't seem like the band to do it for. suits larry arms though. i'd rather have screenprinted covers of the original artwork in black/white or negative or whatever, feel meh? troymess
This was discussed before and A LOT of collectors here felt that screen printed interpretations of the original artwork would make for a really good repress. I for one would LOVE to see something like this.

northernfailure
You can just scan a CD cover at a high resolution and it would work fine for printing a 12" sleeve. uhhh, no. uhhh, yes. if you scanned it at like 1200dpi, that would work just fine. you'd just resize it to be 12" at 300dpi. xxmartinxx
I'd still rather pay $7 to No Idea for a new copy than $18 for a used one.
Guest kevinb
meh.. whatever $18 for a oop classic is good for me... yeah id much rather pay the $7 but im not hesitent to pay the $18 at all
xunspokenliesx
$18 isn't bad at all...especially for such a good record. In my book that's a really good price.
