samlesous
We get claims involving this pretty often. This actually happens more often than one would think, several dudes I work have had theirs stolen, and in fact one dude twice in within a few months. Duff
metal fetches a hefty price if you take it to a junk yard or recycling center. its gonna get worse now with people stealing shit with the economy the way it is. its pretty common in my state and im sure its not the only one, that people bust into abandoned houses or houses up for rent and steal all the plumbing, sink faucets, metal sinks, and radiators. basically any piece of metal in the house. people also go around on trash day and swipe scrap metal put out on the street which is illegal. mcm1610
Metal prices are way down for the most part though. And who would have guessed it? A lot of crime and poor people in NJ?!
Duff
it helps that we have 3 of the poorest cities in the country and its no coincedence those cities also have some of the highest crime rates, especially violent crimes, in the country as well. but im proud to say i live in the town that was voted america's safest city 4 out of the last 5 years. jhulud
You can get a new one on the cheap at any NAPA auto parts place. We use all the time. Or call up muffler shops. They usually have used ones from salvage yards.
