hickey
Everyone has been listing their favorite split 7"s, 10"s and 12"s...so what is your dream split record? What two bands would you kill to have on the same slab of wax? These bands can be defunct or currently recording, alive or dead, etc...It doesn't matter if there is never a chance in hell that this would happen. The bands can hate each other. What two bands, when paired together on one release, would make you lose your mind? I would love to see a Screeching Weasel/Queers (circa early 1990s) split LP. That would rock my face. What's yours? aarondanger
Honestly as cool as it would be to say something like The hold steady/lucero split LP or fucked up/black flag (damaged era) 7" I think I would be stoked on my friends bands doing splits w/ other bands. New bruises/lifetime split Murder city devils/o pioneers!!! split Wardogs/ honor system split. I think something to that effect would be a lot more exciting. stefan
Mine would have to have been done in 1991 (Strong Reaction and Mush eras, resp.): PEGBOY/ LEATHERFACE No frills packaging. Black vinyl. On T&G, Roughneck, or Allied. Would now occasionally be scored in the dollar bins in the suburbs.
