Friends, here are the top sellers of December 2008. It is really interesting to see the titles that topped our list, but December is a month that usually has fewer new releases so most of the sales are items that have been out. I found that wax on shirt at a store in San Fran but it wasn't the VC one. I took a picture on my phone, I just need to figure out how to get it off.

five of the top 50, though one was a subscription! Kind of glad I had the money and was able to buy into that, though it will suck each time one goes on sale and we need to email andy. I really hate bothering anyone with questions and/or requests, so hopefully they can streamline it or whatever.

how many copies of a single record do you think that distros go through in a month? to sell 30 copies of a single item, and have it only be the 20th biggest seller, means that you sold a lot of shit that month.

it means they sold at the very LEAST 600 copies in just the top 20 records alone. thats a lot of records for an independent place to go through and package up and all that jazz.
