The seller listen 4 GBP on the slip, so I will see what I can get back. At least I paid with PayPal (through Visa) so hopefully I can get my money back. If so, thats a huge assumption to make and is really only good as a justification to be a dick to use PayPal to get money back from the seller. If the seller did his part and packed it correctly he's not to blame. If the buyer chose to not pay for insurance then that burden rests on the buyer.
