rocknroll76
It sparked my interest until I saw the price. Waaaaaayyyy too much money.
roadmonkey
Fuck for that price, It should at least be signed and hand numbered and come with a coupon to have billie joe come to your house and cook you a nice meal
dante3000
In case you don't want to do the math, 3,000@$90/each = $270,000. That's a stimulus package. Seriously, I'm tired of musicians and labels going after the collector to move physical product, it's depressing. On a side note, I might buy this to sell it to some super fan in 5 months. rtw88
Shitty Green Day albums are recession-proof.
dante3000
Let's take this a step further and say that's....I don't know....$20 worth of material and shit for each (I'm sure it's not). Then the cost is $60,000 to produce. You're still making $210,00. Even if the label or whoever takes half of that you would need to sell nine times as many CD's to make that kind of money. Fucking brilliant.

Snaggle Von Swift
is this the only way the release is going to see vinyl? if so, I may eventually pick it up, want to hear the album first.
damagdsole
fucking lame!!! i was sold until 89.99 fuck them edit: hopefully this comes out as a triple 10" without all the colored art and CD in just a normal packaging for way less money. i like the idea but thats just insane. rocknroll76
Yeah triple 10" sounds great, but it should only run $20-$25. Fuckin' major label bullshit.

brammyg
I'm pretty sure a standard release is coming with all the re-presses. Should be around October if I remember correctly.

I'd like to know before this sells out though. I mean if this is the only way to get the album on vinyl then I will probably fork over the money for it but NOT if there is another option. swank
I'm pretty bummed about the price of this. It looks like something I'd love to have, and I have a pretty decent Green Day collection, but thats quite alot to ask.

chaz725
im not gonna lie, i bought the shit out of this. i think the 60 page book is gonna b a pretty legit art book its also kinda cool how each lp is for each of the acts in the album 18 songs on the album btw
Duff
isn't this pretty much the exact same thing as the Thrice boxset minus the CD and major label? the Thrice boxset has 4 10" instead of 3 and most important thing, it's cheaper. much cheaper. i don't know how many pages are in the Thrice boxset but I could do without 60 pages of what will most likely turn out to be BS.
