The thing that really sucks...and this is probably tied to it, is that Interpunk has the most user friendly and efficient inventory system internally that people who sell their items can view what's sold, where it goes, easily request a check... all the behind the scenes stuff rules and virtually all the customer viewpoints are shit. -they can't pack records correctly. -they don't have a good inventory system(I think they should display the number of copies they have to sell to help with this) -they charge too much for shipping what else am I missing? The odd part they have a good inventory systems for those selling items. I know how many records they have in stock and everything. greenatheart Posted February 22, 2008 Share Posted February 22, 2008 interpunk sucks ass i have literally purchased 7 different "in-stock" records from them over the past year only to be told later on that it was out of stock. the first time i gave them the benefit of the doubt, but they just did it to me about a month ago on 1 record out of 4 that i had ordered, so i canceled the entire fucking order and sent them a long email concerning my feelings about their business. They're shipping is a bit pricy, but everything got to me quickly and in perfect condition. Everything I ordered was in stock, except for pre-orders. I'm happy.
