xlovecolouredx
the targey of metal history, dimebag darell dead will turn to 5 years in next 20 days. i really miss him. pantera is one of the metal band which serve their fans with extremely supply. it's bad when they annouced disband. worse, phil has a problem with rest of the band. but dead of dimebag is worst. discuss about their works and play your pantera stuffs for dimebag.... Guest
Yeah, Vulgar hands down. Its nice to see someone out there likes Reinventing The Steel, though. I think that album is often overlooked.
martyk36
VDOP is killer, but Cowboys from Hell will always hold a special place in my heart. "Cemetery Gates" rips. For the record, I've seen a stripper strip to "This Love".
jurrobear
Im voting for Vulgar but Power Metal is so underrated, that album has some amazing guitar work.

jhulud
Interesting story... Way back a million year ago when I lived in Louisville, KY, I saw them right before Cowboys From Hell was released. The show that I went was Endpoint headlining...a local band that was pretty big at the time and would eventually get signed to Doghouse. But anyways...Pantera opened for them. From what I recall of that show it was pretty good. I hung out at the side of "stage" the whole night and was pretty impressed w/ them. Of course I was at the show for Endpoint. A year later...or maybe less...can't recall exactly...I moved and picked up Cowboys From Hell solely based on their video from MTV. When I listened to the CD it's when it hit me who they were. I had a good chuckle. End of story.

Guest kissthesharks
There's a chapter in the Texas history books about Pantera. True story.
martyk36
There's a chapter in the Texas history books about Pantera. True story. I always thought you had to have at least one pantera album in your ipod if you claim residency in Texas. If you don't, you must surrender your ipod at the DMV when you get your Texas identification.
