drewshannon
In my experience, I've only seen them with white sleeves.

flood
depends. most are black vinyl, blank labels, and white inner sleeves. Some come on colored vinyl, and have sleeves (either leftover from the pressing, or alternate ones)

rockstar71888
ive seen both. i've got a 7" test that came in the same jacket as the regular pressing. and i have some LP's that have blank labels and came in white sleeves
xjustinxschwierx
i have seen them all... sometimes on color some with extra covers if the label had spare copies lying around sometimes with black labels sometimes have special covers(ie silk screened, etc...) so to answer your question: usually they're on black vinyl, usually they have either white labels or plant provided test pressing labels, usually they just come in a white paper sleeve
jhulud
Sometimes a label will do special covers for their test presses. Doesn't happen to often from what I have seen and the few that I own. Most of the time you will find that like Matt said, they are blank labels (or just the label of the pressing plant w/ info written on it) and blank sleeves and jackets. And black vinyl. Some collectors take it upon themselves to create their own jackets for them though.
