It is a 12x12 semi transparent piece of vellum that has the letters MPB die cut in it and has been spritzed with red spray paint and numbered. You can see the corpse through it. As far as I can tell this is pretty common even with bigger labels. Epitaph and Fat seem kinda surprised with a lot of their colors. The pressing plant tells you that they can't guarantee the color will be exactly how you want it. The red just mixed up too much with the clear, but its pretty though. And thanks Yu.
