mutinyzine
Askersund, Sweden. About 6,000 people live there. Nice in the summer, awful in the winter. I don't live there anymore but most of my family does.

alertthemute
Kingston, Ontario. Kingston has the largest concentration of federal correctional facilities in Canada. Of the nine institutions located in the Kingston area, seven of them are located within the municipal boundaries of the city. Kingston is the site of two universities, Queen's University and the Royal Military College of Canada, and a community college, St. Lawrence College. According to Statistics Canada, Kingston has the most PhD-holders per capita of any city in Canada.
