Why don't people like District Lines?

They've neglected to include items in three of my orders. Each time I have to go through their message process which goes:

Day 1: Submit claim

Day 6: District Lines elevates claim and is going to get right on it

Day 12: District Lines has a customer service person reply to my mesage.

Day 17: IF the item I ordered isn't out of stock, the missing item arrives. if it turns out to be out of stock, wait four weeks, repeat steps one through three and get offered credit for the item you ordered 3 months ago.

That's about it.
