Steady7
Any solid info that the recent copies that went up were not a repress? I noticed that on Discogs there was a 2014 brown press added...its kinda been driving me nuts. Cant find any info.

Then the one that was just sold. We can then compare?

I have an OG I can put up later on. And by later on I mean in the wee hours of the morning.
ChrisWithanF
Sorry for the shitty picture, did everything from my phone. This is the original brown... http://i.imgur.com/rv6nAL9.jpg lexicondevil
Cats Are Cool
That is exactly what mine looks like, i would assume they wouldn't make a random repress on the same color but you never know.
jtcohenour
The new listing on Discogs is rather vague. The OP posted no details on how to tell the two releases apart.
cemeterytapes
Somebody get the matrix numbers from the original pressing, that's probably the best way to tell if there's a difference.
mbfischer12
That is exactly what mine looks like, i would assume they wouldn't make a random repress on the same color but you never know. This sounds exactly like what Red Scare would do. ...And I love it.

Steady7
I also contacted Interpunk about this the other day and got this response: I am pretty sure the Menzingers -Hold On Dodge (Brown Vinyl) 7'' is the first pressing, we have only received one shipment of this from our supplier, so I don't think it has been pressed again. I hope this helps. Thanks,Dave lexicondevil
theshredhi
i will say the brown one I got from Interpunk was extremely dusty, don't think a new press could get that dusty that quick. This is unscientific however!
Satan
This sounds exactly like what Red Scare would do. ...And I love it. I remember a loooooong time ago that Toby said he didn't like giving out pressing numbers or doing represses because it took away from the whole thing. I may be confusing myself with someone though...
mbfischer12
I remember a loooooong time ago that Toby said he didn't like giving out pressing numbers or doing represses because it took away from the whole thing. I may be confusing myself with someone though... Nope, that was Toby. That's why no one has accurate pressing numbers on anything Red Scare (and he's confirmed the Chamberlain Waits stuff on discogs is incorrect). mclz
Only thing known about Red Scare stuff is that those early color releases like TBR, Methadones, The Falcon, Riptides, etc, are all /500.
Satan
According to Instagram, this has been restocked at Red Scare, and appears to be black
