I kept getting the same message...e-mailed 'em and that didn't really help either Anthea told me to mark my order as paying with a Check and then just send a pay-pal order to [email protected] I have a feeling it's because it won't let you select a State on their website when filling out the Shipping and Billing addresses. I've ordered from them before by just Sending money via Pay-Pal and in the "Comments" section just given a description of what I was attempting to order...never got an e-mail invoice or anything, but the record arrived...
