coldober
well now that this thread is here. who here actually collects hip hip/rap vinyl? are you into underground hip hop or more of the mainstream rap? you guys have no idea of the gems in my hip hop/rap collection. haahaahaaa get in contact if you are interested. most of the hip hop and rap i have is from the mid 90s til about 2006. lots of 12" singles(with double and some triples) and a good amount of full lengths. and yes once again...most of it is sealed. hickey
Favorites: Dr. Octagon (first one, the second one was crap) Mos Def and Talib Kweli are Black Star (stellar) Notorious BIG - Ready To Die (hands down amazing) Digital Underground - Sex Packets (worth it for the Packets Saga: Packet Prelude, Sex Packets, Packet Man and the last short little clip) Public Enemy - Fear of a Black Planet (better than It Takes A Nation .... in my opinion) Prince Paul - A Prince Among Theives Company Flow gets an honorable mention, as does anything Necro has ever touched. And, I don't know if this counts, but Since We Last Spoke by RJD2 is amazing.
