I'd say that's the definition of a pretty good band name. Asleep, Audience... Dream! Seriously, so awful. Not only does it not make any sense it also takes pretentiousness to a whole 'nother level. I mean, rarely is a comma, elipsis, or an exlclamation point necessary in a band name. This band utilizes all three. 100% unnecessary. 100% pretentious.
