Maybe your friend at S1D knows the answer to this. What color will S1D use for future pressings of this record? I ask because the black has been advertised as the most limited pressing. Does this mean that future pressings won't be on black? If they are going to be repressed on black, will there be any way to tell if you have a first press as opposed to a repress? shat Posted August 29, 2011 Share Posted August 29, 2011 no. i didnt buy it because i pre-ordered it. though i did think to myself on my ride home that i could have bought it and listened to the album a few weeks ahead of release legitmately, without downloading a leak. i don't think the download code will work until release date so someone who bought the record early wouldnt be able to leak it.
