bgdesign
Not in my 40s but why wouldn't you like Tom Petty? Or were you born after 1990? In that case educate yourself. You're missing out.

turbobrando
Yeah I saw them last night and they played Breakdown. Pretty good show. I went for free so I can't complain. Been a fan of the Foo for years. First time seeing them.
scottheisel
They were awesome in Cleveland. 2.5 hour set, sounded spot-on the whole time, Dave Grohl is just as energetic and his voice is just as powerful from the very first song to the last song of the encore. Plus the light show was AWESOME.
badscooter
I hope this continues, I'm seeing them in Boston and I'd love to hear them play some Petty.
troymess
I was at the Pittsburgh date last night and we heard Pink Floyd, Tom Petty, and Queen as well as songs from their entire catalog. A 2 hour and 45 minute set. It was fantastic.
themean
Dave Grohl is the rock star I'd most want to hang with. His band is maddeningly mediocre, though.
chaz725
i saw them last night....fucking incredible krist novaselic came out and played accordion on "these days" i can now say ive seen 2/3 (or 3/4 if you count smear as an official member) of nirvana playing music on stage live they may not write the best music in the world but you wont see a better arena rock band than them they also covered in the flesh by floyd with taylor singing...epic shit
suburbanargyle
That song "wheels" from the Greatest Hits cd is completely Tom Petty.
