nivek87
Frank will release his 'Second Three Years' compilation on November 21. Comprising live tracks, sessions, covers, b-sides and lost songs from the past three years. Anyone know any of the tracks this consists of? skadaddy
Just read this on Punknews: The Second Three Years will be available on CD via Xtra Mile Recordings. It is set for a January 16th, 2012 release. There are currently no plans for a vinyl release, though Turner says "this may change."
mclz
I hope that recently leaked NOFX cover is on there.

mclz
^I haven't heard a studio version of Linoleum, just live (which I'm guessing it might be) Anyone know where that studio version of NOFX - Desperation's Gone came from?

GradedOnACurve
You also can't order this directly from Xtra Mile if you live outside the UK and Ireland.

What I don't get is the hesitation to press this. How long did the First 3 Years take to go out of print?
benjo09
Well the US edition of 450or so sold out pretty quick but the Euro version of 500 was still available last time I looked.
idreamofpunk
Honestly, I'd venture a guess and say the only reason the European version is still available is because it's on plain ol' black vinyl. I have nothing against it (hell, I have a copy), but when you compare that to the US version and how awesome that looks, which one do YOU want more? benjo09
The US version which I stupidly sold

Well I don't think Xtra Mile ships outside the UK+Ireland, and I think it was pressed after P+P's. Xtra Mile has a really dumb webstore and people who aren't helpful, sound familiar? I think that's your reason right there.
twelvetwenty
While I agree that the webstore/ordering is really dumb, I've ordered from Xtra Mile a couple times and they definitely ship to the US. AND everyone I've ever dealt with is incredibly friendly and helpful... Do they have a shitty reputation?
benjo09
The euro version wasn't on xtra mile though. Was on Gunner Recs.
GradedOnACurve
The euro version wasn't on xtra mile though. Was on Gunner Recs. My mistake you're right. While I agree that the webstore/ordering is really dumb, I've ordered from Xtra Mile a couple times and they definitely ship to the US. AND everyone I've ever dealt with is incredibly friendly and helpful... Do they have a shitty reputation? Not that I know of. I'm just going by my experience, but I e-mailed them several times about an order and never heard back. Trying to pay them was a bitch too.
