If not, who gives a shit if it is yellow or not (at least now, not saying if you were ordering for the first time you wouldn't choose yellow). Doesn't make sense. The yellow also has a bonus track that wasnt on the US release, and there wasnt a color variant when the album was released back in 2010. In this case im ok with parting with my black copy to get a different version, and i dont see a reason to have 2 copies in this case.
