Can anything that AP says be taking seriously, though? I first listened to the stream of the album and enjoyed it immensely. Then I watched the music video and liked it even more. I assigned that review to Kevin Stewart-Panko, unquestionably one of the most knowledgable and skilled writers there is when it comes to metal and hardcore. Dude's been writing about this stuff for decades and still has a passion for it. I don't think anything about his review was inaccurate—he pointed out the record's flaws and also said it likely works a lot better in a live setting (which I wholeheartedly agree with, as I've seen them live). I don't know why everyone is so up in arms that Code Orange Kids got a less-than-stellar review from AP. It's not like we gave it one star and said it was the worst thing ever. I said it's a bummer because it's a bad review of a record that I really like. It's whatever because I think it's an awesome record, and a lot of kids like it, so, like I said, "whatever!"
