throwgncpr
http://www.discogs.com/sell/list?release_id=3872127&ev=rb it has been out for a long time. unless he is putting out vol 2 right, but it hasn't actually be available in the US. My guess is that this is a US release that will get some more distribution.

jonnywreck
Yea, sorry I didn't spell it out for you guys. Lemme re-do this: Joey Cape (Lagwagon, Bad Astronaut, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, The Playing Favorites, Scorpios) released an album in 2008 of solo acoustic songs. Since then, he has released another solo album (both available on vinyl, digital, and compact disc format) and put together a band called "Bad Loud." This band has re-tooled some of Joey's solo work in full band compositions and recently released their until then digital only album in what looked to be mostly only available in Europe. Yesterday, he announced that this would be available on his webstore on cd, vinyl, AND TAPE. I hope this cleared up any confusion that my original post, which forgot to mention that this was previously available mostly available in Europe. Shitty Rambo
In other words Joey Cape turns Lagwagon songs into acoustic songs then Bad Loud turns them back into full band songs.
RustyShackelford
i could be mistaken, but nothing on bad loud is a lagwagon song, right?

throwgncpr
I wonder if this will get the same artwork? At any rate, I'm stoked that this will be a little easier and cheaper to grab in the US
TFP
I would like to get the 2 variants of this and possibly the 3rd next week but I can't afford it but I will most likely get the cassette of this. I have the Bridge cassette and I am waiting for Joey to add "Doesn't play well.." tape to the store, he said he was going to last year when I saw him, but still nothing. I really want the "Doesn't Play Well With Others" cassette because of the cartoon artwork.
Shitty Rambo
i could be mistaken, but nothing on bad loud is a lagwagon song, right? I'm not sure, I was just joking around.

TFP
I wonder if the Liverbirds really is sold out or maybe it hasn't been put up yet? I didn't know this was coming on cassette also.
throwgncpr
I wonder if the Liverbirds really is sold out or maybe it hasn't been put up yet? I didn't know this was coming on cassette also. I was really curious about that as well. I didn't know it had a vinyl release. Would love to get a copy if it has one.
mclz
I don't think it was put up. I'm holding out on the Bad Loud LP hoping the Livebirds record goes up soon.
TFP
I wonder if the Bad Loud vinyl is a Joey Cape webstore exclusive variant?
throwgncpr
I don't think it was put up. I'm holding out on the Bad Loud LP hoping the Livebirds record goes up soon. I was considering this, but there were ~90 copies of Bad Loud, and I had no idea how long they would last
jonnywreck
Them Bad Loud LPs are selling damn fast. Went ahead and snagged one.
mclz
I'm thinking the Livebirds isn't even getting pressed, but who knows. It just looks like everything has the cassette/vinyl option, but since it's never pressed it's marked as SO.
