gutzonborglum Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 I've had a mixed experience with Jan/Yo-Yo. I've definitely had issues with contact/replies, just like you're experiencing. The times I do get up with him, though, he's on the ball with everything. Great customer service/packaging/everything. I've only had two packages get lost in the mail before, and one of them was from YO-YO. I ordered all four variants of Iron Chic's 'Cosmic Future' 7", and it just never showed up. I was out somewhere around $50. I have no doubt that Jan sent the records, as he answered all emails, and I've gotten packages from him before no problem. It was just an unfortunate event. I'm just rambling on at this point. I think it's my head cold and sinus medication and sleeplessness. Moral of the story is keep your head up! It can't rain every day.
