Derek™
SlyVinyl brought this to my attention, but I didn't see a thread. I figured I couldn't be the only person on board with Daïtro. "hey friends for those who missed the previous pressings of Daïtro's final LP called "Y" from 2009, it is now available again... 270 copies with screened jackets, booklet + CD and transparent yellow vinyl." Order here. $21 and change covers intentional shipping, and even gets you the CD version. Really nice touch. Considering the limited quantity on this, I really can't see it lasting long. rynflnnry
codeine
French screamo? Noice. Drumming is really fresh/tight.
Derek™
French screamo? Noice. Drumming is really fresh/tight. I haven't explored their entire discography, but I quite enjoy everything I've heard. Their represses pop up now and then and they're always quite cheap and of great quality. Pretty happy to pick this one up, personally. Band has a great energy and deserve extra exposure.
codeine
Yeah man, new fan right here. Reminds me of Envy meets Raein or something along those lines. Really like the flourishing touches the drummer throws in.
Derek™
Reminds me of Envy meets Raein or something along those lines. Nailed it. I also agree that their drumming is pretty unique, in the best ways possible. If you dig Y, I encourage you to hunt down Laisser Vivre Les Squelettes. There's no way you'll be disappointed. jaedong
One of my all time favorite bands. If anybody wants to sell me their self titled 7" I'll make a great offer!
rynflnnry
Anyone interested in checking out other stuff from this band should do themselves a favor and listen to Laissez Vivre Les Squelettes.REALLY cool band, don't hesitate to grab this! rynflnnry
Plus, a $22 price tag for an album shipped internationally is a damn steal. Grabbed this right away.
anchorlessbodies
Awesome band, it is a must for anyone who is interested in screamo. This yellow vinyl goes with the artwork very well, too bad I already have the clear with black streaks version.
fugazi
Such a great album, thanks for the heads up Derek! Derek™
ericfitforbattle
If you like this record, check their split with Sed Non Satiata or their Vinyl Collected Compilation as well, some of their best stuff. Already have this on the clear with black smoke as well, but nice to see that this is getting repressed.
Boojie Horsie
you can usually score these through bakeryoutlet, he sent me one like a year ago and theyre not on the store page. pretty sure deathwish and noidea had some copies a week ago. very different but if you wonder what the guys from the band have been up to, they released really awesome records under the names "Baton Rouge" and "12XU"
withengineheart
Love this band. Love Baton Rouge even more to be honest. Picked both of them up when InVinylWeTrust was still up and running. RIP.

I thoroughly enjoy both, though I am a little more partial towards BR.
6heart6breaker6
This band is instrumental and foundational for so many other bands around today. They really kickstarted French screamo, and then it exploded. As powerful as it gets musically and lyrically (definitely check the translations).
