Rip
So I have a question. It seems like they're having a big sale on pretty much all blu-rays on the club website. Does that mean any blu-ray I buy at this time won't count towards one of my commitment titles? Seems kind of strange they would make everything on sale when it says you need to buy something at full-price in order for it to count. They aren't trying to help those of us just taking advantage of the initial offer. You can turn off the promotions and still buy stuff at full price if you are just trying to fulfill your offer. Rip
Ah, I didn't know that. Cool, thanks!
paintedinexile
Got a VIP offer. Buy one movie at full price, any additional movies are 60% off.
kevinxabney
Got a VIP offer. Buy one movie at full price, any additional movies are 60% off. Eh, still not sure that VIP will be worth keeping. I can find better prices locally in store without the wait and without the hoping that I'll get slips.
paintedinexile
I'm probably going to cancel, and re-enroll. There's a lot of titles I still need, and the enrollment offer is still the way to go.
diabretic
Since my fiance' and myself are both at VIP status, i'm considering cancelling mine and re-doing it. there's very few that I need, but I'm sure i'll find some.

littlebistro
FYI pretty much all Disney blu rays are $13 at target this week. Including Peter Pan which is about to go back into the vault. Mary poppins is not so I'm buying a different movie then exchanging it when they go back to full price.

If you want Return to Neverland be sure to grab that too - goes back in the vault later this month.

Walmart has some good prices on new releases like the week of. I've done most of my good price-getting either direct from the DMC introductory offers or via local record shops and stuff like half priced books or other media resale stores. That's how I managed to get the early Diamond Edition stuff without shelling out like $50+
kevinxabney
It's weird to me that Tarzan / Hercules still aren't "officially" out yet since I've had them for like two months now... Edit: Also; that August 12th release list is kind of insane. Why so many in one day?
slinch
Folks, I have a ton of UK disney rewards cards, is there any way to just check them to see how many points are on each? None of them state it on the card. To make the post not boring, here's my current Disney steelbook collection, with 7 still on pre-order:
