Damn, that is a beast of a box set and at $160 price right now its a damn good deal especially compared to a lot of other recent box sets. The only bummer is that you dont get the book or dvds if you get the color versions

I dont think they send out tracking numbers for RC shipments or at least I dont ever remember getting one in the past, Ryan just sends out a general email to RC folks saying thigs are going out. There was a post today on the graveface subreddit that said they got their RC package today so I would expect them to be arriving in relatively short order

Ya, I was pretty bummed when I heard that it was a cassette that was backing the order up. I am really excited for both albums but the recent cassette fad always seemed like nonsense to me unless you have an old car that only has a tape player

I usually avoid RSD, but my preferred record store in the Denver area is Waxtrax, their vinyl store is a couple doors down from the cd store with some comic book shop in between. There is a great vibe to the store and they have a good selection and you can fine some pretty good used stuff there too. Twist and Shout is a solid store as well so make sure you hit them up. As far as Independent Records, they really are not worth checking out, they dont have much vinyl and a lot of their used stuff is sketchy especially for the price.

I saw the email last night, but I am going to wait for this so I can hear it the first time spinning. I hope that RC club shipment comes this week

I guess we just live in two different worlds if about $7 per 7" and a fancy box isnt outrageous

If they released this as a couple LPs that would be great, but instead they want to put it out on a bunch of overpriced 7" and call it a "collectors box". Kinda shameful

Some really good deals here and I might just dip in but I really wish they had some vinyl presses of those Koufax albums. I have always had a soft spot for that band

I saw Unwound on their last tour when they came through Pomona, CA (it was either 01 or 02, cant quite remember) and its was a really great show but when they did their encore they must have taken something because they really ripped into a whole new level of intensity. Still one of the coolest shows I can remember

I am with you on that. Even though I have some 7's that have some great tunes on them, I hardly play them after I first get them because its just a pain to keeping getting up and flipping every couple minutes

Never cared much for their style of hardcore (or metalcore?). Also its a personal pet peeve of mine to see any band to use hate in their name so prominently
