  1. Were tracks 4,5, and 6 split up? I was wondering why they would put the connected songs near the middle. How many rejected copies would you estimate they had cwhit?
  2. I'm loving all the shirt designs for this record! If anyone is seeing them and could pick up that tank for me I'll be seeing Dads, TWIABP, and Have Mercy and could do tradesies with their tour merch.
  3. The Raid is my second favorite behind Oblivion. Weird that it isn't selling. (if it really isn't, we don't know)
  4. Mine looks exactly like the one on the blog. It only looks like that when held up with a light behind it though (notice they black out the surrounding area on the blog). Looks black in all other circumstances. I've seen a lot of pics of them and they all look that way which is kinda sucky but oh well haha
  5. Is yours not a folded cover over a white jacket? I'd prefer a real jacket but I wasn't inconvenienced by it haha. Most records I have with that type of cover don't include a generic jacket so it was a plus for me.
  6. There was a second press of the Prawn EP preorder as well.
  7. Holy crap really? That's gotta be an error it'll probably be back in a bit
  8. No it's a repress And yeah, $13 shipping sucks so I bought a shirt too to kinda justify it.
  9. This is finally in print again http://dplan.spinshop.com/Music/details/199066?parent_url=http://app.topspin.net/store/dplan.spinshop.com/Apparel
  10. The Strokes - Is This It The Antlers - Hospice (Just because I'm afraid to listen to the other albums, Hospice crushed me) Animal Collective - Strawberry Jam The Wrens - The Meadowlands Interpol - Turn on the Bright Lights Violent Femmes - Violent Femmes + way more. Most of them are just because the record still hasn't worn out its welcome or I didn't give the others a chance. Not bands per se but Nas - Illmatic Wu-Tang Clan - Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)
  11. How could they possibly have them on tour if the test press was just rejected though? I don't believe anything they say anymore haha
  12. Yeah I figured out I've just been listening to the version from This Station is Non-Operational all these years. The version on Acrobatic Tenement feels like it was recorded live like the rest of the album and fits better, but I like the version I'd been listening to better. My fault for using limewire haha
  13. Scored the variant on this one! 2 for 4 on variants not counting Oblivion now. I actually think it's kinda fun that they randomly insert since I don't buy more than one in an attempt to get it. Although the black copy of Drive was slightly depressing haha Edit: And yeah the "smokey grey" is really really dark. Almost impossible to tell it isn't black unless you're in a bright room or holding it up to a light source.
  14. A new needle shouldn't be $15 so it is better to spend that on a record...
  15. Your reason makes sense, but don't let it get out of hand. Save up for a solid table, skip a few releases, don't listen to $50 records on a $100 table that uses a paperclip for a stylus.
  16. I loved the hallway scene with the stick (for lack of the right name) and knife. I was pissed when he dropped the weapons and didn't pick them up.
  17. I watched this last night and it was fucking awesome. Glad I ordered this now.
  18. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw the SDF lyrics on the insert compared to the other 3 songs...
