I would love to hear the backstory, as well. Love this band and this album. I ripped the extra songs off the DVD years ago so that I could have the digital files, so I'm excited that these will be included on the record. Awesome job, and I'm looking forward to having this in my hands!

It sounded much better to me. You're talking about over 51 minutes of music spread out over four sides rather than two, and to me, it was a definite improvement over the single LP.

Hope you're able to find one. This version sounds so much better than the single-LP version. I sold my HT mint green copy after I got the 2xLP version.

Received this record last week and was finally able to listen to it earlier today. Sounds great. My first experience with 93MMFTS on vinyl and I'm hooked.

I've had both the single and double LP copies, and the 2XLP sounds so much better. Very happy to see that Gore will be a 2XLP, as well.

Was only able to listen to the first side of this today before I had to leave for work. It sounds great to my ears, and dead quiet (the metallic silver variant). I was worried when I opened it because it appears from the markings in the dead wax that this was pressed by Pirates Press, but I gave it a good cleaning first on my Record Doctor and it sounded great.
