Again you can order the cardboard boxes from large priority boxes from USPS and they will send them to you for free or you can go directly to any post office and pick them up for free as well.
 
The specifications are as close to typical sturdy Uline mailers.

There are methods around the internet that demonstrate how to cut correctly around an LP and you can double package it using all free materials from the USPS. USPS will even deliver boxes to you. Order large boxes and cut 12 1/2 squares just make sure you're using actual cardboard and not the flimsy envelopes and double that up for extra protection.

There's also a post on the boards here but I can't find it. The man in that video cuts squares out makes sure it's taped well around the edges.

I get your enthusiasm but there really should have been a cheaper alternative for those of us who don't need the extras. I may end up getting this and I really enjoy the second set included but I can't see myself playing it that much unless it really blows me away. More power to you and those like-minded. I'm glad that you're glad.

Seriously? I got down voted for this? Somebody has both no sense of humor and a particularly large stick lodged in their rectal cavity.

Why couldn't this have just been a 2XLP repress of the original release? This box is gonna be just as expensive, if not more expensive than buying an original second hand. I think labels forget that affordability is one of the primary reasons for re-releasing vinyl on the consumer end.

Even though I hate picture discs, I will always support everything that Kishi Bashi does. He seems like such a happy person and makes some fantastic music.

After doing it last year, I am done with this label. Every flexi is available on discogs soon after release and the VIP was the biggest waste of money.
