Yup, spinning the Neko Case now. Also got Hold Steady, Ride, Okkervil River, and Decembrists. Not that I was really hunting for it, but the Newbury I went to only got two copies of Deja. Lots of grown men throwing hissy fits.

The only thing I know he's produced (beyond his own projects) is Superchunk's On The Mouth. Either way, he is certainly a cool addition here. Looking forward to this.

But I'm not done arguing over Boston area burgers yet! Ok, to keep things somewhat on topic, there's also a cool shop about a mile from Harvard in my neighborhood called Somerville Grooves. It's small, but worth digging through. (And then get a burger down the street at Bull McCabes). Oh, and uh, that Shins repress is too expensive.

There is indeed a secret track a few minutes after Boxing Day Blues. The 90's ARE back! The song is nothing too special, but kinda cool.

My orange gatefold showed up today with the Pedestrian 7". The totebag shipped separately...that seems practical. I assume this is the version with the secret track, but I'll need to wait to get home and listen.

Yeah, I'm kinda confused with all the different versions of this. Glad I grabbed a deluxe, but I still don't get why everyone feels the need to make tote bags. Besides all that, holy SHIT, I can't stop listening to the single. This is easily one of my most anticipated of the year.
