If they don't soon enough for your liking, just yell loudly out the window and I'll do it myself. As for the record itself, I'm very pleased with the way it turned out. Remix records can be disposable garbage (of which I myself have been guilty of to some extent) but this collection feels good to me. I reached out to heroes, friends and strangers. I encouraged those I approached to do anything and insert themselves as much as possible into the track. Some of the stuff that was done earlier led me to choosing other people to balance things out. The Pirate Robot Midget mix is a fan's work - I thought it was great, it filled a need and I asked permission to use it here. It's always interesting for me to hear my work reinterpreted - I hope it is for you as well. Upon the release of this, we will be launching the first portion of the new nin.com at remix.nin.com We have been working on this quite a while now and I think you'll like it. I was pleasently surprised at how cheap my tickets were as well. I'm not going to worry too much about the cost of the box set. It will be worth it for sure.

Have there been any other box sets of this size by another band(s) done in the past? If so, how much did those go for?

Listen to oceanic, and panopticon, then everything else IMO. I second that. Those two records are good points to start. One word of warning...stay away from the Oceanic: Remixes...they were terrible...at least I thought so...

If you've never heard anything they've done start with the Bends, Pablo Honey, and OK Computer. If you're not a fan of OK Computer there's less of a chance you'll like Kid A or Amnesiac. Agreed. Seconded. Concurred. Yeah!

I was hooked on 'OK Computer' and 'The Bends'....those, in my jaded opinion, are good starting-off points.

They all look great! I can't wait to have the MTB clear/gold splatter in my hands...and no, I am not saying them 5 boxes that I am getting for the band... ...which by the way I am sure will be heavy as all hell! Ow my back!
