I like the splatter colors better than the silver/gold split...

I could be wrong but I have heard different stories as far as the colors go. Allegedly the red vinyl is the first pressing...all later pressing were this peach/orange marble like yours.

I used to think like that...and I'm a hardcore fan...but it grew on me and then Year Zero made it all better...

I was really gung-ho for NIN vinyl especially downward spiral and the fragile...when I finally realized how expensive it could get, I gave up that pipedream.

Curious question...may have been already asked or mentioned in a previous thread...so if it's a repeat, I humbly apologize. What is the most that you have personally paid for a record and what was it? Feel free to share your stories on this...if you want.

NIN vinyl tends to be a rarity nowadays...at least the full-lengths...we have seen a plethora of singles from 'Year Zero' and 'With_Teeth' out there...

Buffy The Vampire Slayer "The Musical" episode...I was a hardcore fan when it was airing...after that episode, it all went to shit for me and the show...

So get this...I found a phone # for the label...called it...spoke to some random guy that was still there at the office answering the phones...I told him about the info I am looking for (which has become my mission now btw)...and he told me to call me back on Monday and speak to their product manager and he should know.

Dude I was shocked it actually said that the order was shipped...when I saw the email and subject line, I thought, "Oh geez...here is another email update saying that the fuckin' thing is delayed...again!"

I placed my order from WhatUK (I think that's the name) when they were first announced. I got an email from them yesterday or the day before telling me that my order had shipped out. Hopefully it will get to me sooner than not. They are indeed pricey. There has not been any confirmation of them being sold in the U.S...outside of some stores and eBay sellers. From what has been discussed in The Spiral (NIN fan club messag board which I am a member), allegedly only 5,000 are being pressed. Until it's officially announced, I am not counting on anything.

They remixed it and re-recorded the vocals. It sounds a bit more polished and David Moore does more "crooning" style of vocals...if that makes any sense. If you want, I'll send you some CDrs of the cd's...too lazy to upload them and set them up in sites like sendit...not that I'd know how...or maybe email them with a zip file attached...Would that work?

I agree. I get reminded of it every time I listen to the records and cd's.

Bench...."fists of time" doghouse release was one of them...the other two were the s/t 8" and "won" 12"

I just snagged some more ISIS releases from eBay for cheap: Mosquito Control 12" grey Mosquito Control 12" blue I was watching a red one (final press) but refrained from getting it. The two I got are enough for now. Plus there are some other big money auctions I am watching like a hawk to hopefully snag.
