So, double post, but, uh.... this happened today.

NYC. I've tried to call back since then but no one answers the phone. At all. 100 rings and then it auto-hangs up. Going to walk down there tomorrow during my lunch if the package doesn't miraculously show up today.

It's a bit of a walk, but yes, it might be.

My saga continues... called 1 branch, super helpful, but they don't deliver to me. He basically offered me the solution of going to every floor in my 25+ floor building and asking if they got my mail. Called another branch he suggested, they don't deliver here either but it was a sweet old lady named Doris who struggled with the ocmputer to find out where my actual post office is. Finally, I call the correct post office, and they are just awful people. 20 rings and I get "Yeah?" I explain my situation and she says "okay, hold" hangs up. I call abck "Yeah I just got hung up one..." "okay" transfer. I explain my situation to transfer number one who answers the phone "What?" I explain, he says okay, and transfers me. 3rd guy says Yes, hello?" I explain, he says okay hang on and transfers me.... Transfer number 4 and I say look man I just got hung up on and transferred four times, don't transfer me again. He sayso kay, but gotta put you on hold for a minute. I say okay... and fifteen minutes later I hang up.

That was definitely my next step. I don't expect much help, unfortunately, as I'm in the center of Manhattan, but thanks!

Nopt to drive this into the ground or anything - but, the film is egregiously cliched. I could go through listing examples but most of them were fairly obvious and if you've ever seen a science fiction film before. That said, if you go in expecting a science fiction ACTION film - bad dialogue and all, it's a pretty entertaining flick. I enjoyed it.

ATLP- Similar but different situation. I have a package coming in that said "Out for Delivery" on Monday. Stayed that way all day and night. At 9 AM on the dot on Tuesday it changed to "Delivered". I figured "Eh, must have gotten lost in the truck or something. Didn't come Wwednesday either. And good luck getting anyone at the post office on the phone. The automated system pulled a 2001 on me and insisted it could help me and when I said "No, Representative" it promptly hung up on me.

Well, yeah, I agree. But basically what WW did was garner a ton of attention for their drop, and sold 300+ copies in about two hours. Then, they noticed no one was interested anymore. So, they announce that 200 more orders could get a zombie flesh var. Then everyone who was like "aw shucks I didn't get one" instead of being like 'f* waxworks I'm not buying one' is picking up a copy in hopes of getting a var. It's all marketing. If they keep doing random inserts I wouldn't be surprised if it was a set # at start of sale, and then a lesser # randomly inserted. To award the vigilant, and the random.

Yeah I have mixed feeling about another 200 of the var being added. I mean, in the end, I'm not in it for flipping so, whatever. But, I think they realized that their sales were going to drop off a cliff in volume if everyone knew there was no chance for a var.

I got this today and it's a cool package and a great record. 2xLP gatefold on black. Definitely not 180gram. But the inside sleeves aren't the cheap white paper, they are nice and solid pure black. Pick this up at a local shop - it's good.

The real reason is what I said above - but if you want to see it working - go on their facebook. I have been trying to explain my reasoning and they are clueless (the guy who was asking deleted most of his posts). people on facebook who I guess don't really order a ton of in-demand records think that the first 300 will still be available until the end of the week. They are already gone. Others are confused and think the Pre-order is ONLY the variant. So people are adding everything they can to their cart and think there are still 91 left... We've already seen order #s 300 past mine at 881. So, there's no way. I'm not trying to be like "I was first! I'm so cool!" I'm just showing my work for my reasoning. And, when I placed my order, I ran here and posted right away because cool people deserve cool things .

They wouldn't because it is marketing. Same reason they haven't announced that all flesh and blood vars are gone. Say they are gone people will wait two weeks or not order at all. Say "see what you get!" and people will buy for the next few days hoping they are in the first 300
