just started "Things Fall Apart" by Achebe.  

I posted this at a strange time, so I'm gonna bump it.

Sorry for the individual thread for not even a record, but I'd say this is a niche item and someone may see this and say "holy shit finally".
Anyways, this is a cd. It's soupys band pre The Wonder Years. This cd has been in my glove box for years and I just found it. If anyone wants it let me know.
It's cool to have this (now that I found it), but I know there are some dedicated TWY collectors out there who would appreciate this more than me. All the wonder years does is remind me of grade 10, and that's not cool.

I just got my TBR Box Set from Todd last week. Totally unbelievable!! The remastered version of Another Way kills SO hard!! If you don't know about this & your a TBR fan you have GOT to get this box set. $130ppd & so worth it. I got the tie die version which has a black outer case it all goes in with the emblem screenprinted on it but those are sold out. The standard set is just as killer tho. Trust me!

How has nobody broken this guys nose yet?

Not technically a vinyl question, but worth a shot . . .
 
So, I got the Brand New / Safety in Numbers for $4 in a used bin about eight years ago. As a bonus (or so I think), it appears to be signed by someone in blue pen in the upper left hand corner. I can't read it and t doesn't look like any of the signatures I've seen on Brand New stuff (though it bears a passing resemblence to some Garrett Tierney signatures I've seen), so maybe it's a Safety in Numbers member, or maybe its just a skribble, though I tend to doubt it. Anyone have any thoughts on who or what this might be?

I've been sitting in a library for 5 hours writing this anthropology paper on Sokolovsky's "The Cultural Context of Aging".  I just read through the first 1,700 words and its total shit.  It's due tomorrow.  I'm not re-writing it.  Fuck it.  I'll hope for the best.  Maybe everyone else's will be even worse than mine.
 
This thread is as dumb as they get, but I really need a mental break from this shit.

I know. it was stupid and lazy on my part. This thread isn't to make people feel for me, just to inform others to watch out with this dude, and decide if they really want to support a label that does this. But yes, I agree with your post.

This is the only blink record I've ever tried to buy, and the only time I've been scammed, hahaha. So this post is accurate.Also, it's shitty to see he's tried this on another member. I went on a 3 week road trip and completely forgot I had paid him for it. Stupid me.

Months ago I purchased a blink record off the owner of "Like Young Records". Long story short, he never sent the record. I forgot to open a claim (my fault, I know), so now it is too late. He has ignored numerous emails and countless Facebook messages. I commented on a Facebook post of his simply asking where my record was and he deleted it, and then blocked me from commenting on his labels page.

I've already mentioned this dude in the Terrible Buyers/Sellers thread, and I know there is a "Terrible Service from distros" thread, but this purchase was done "outside" of his label, and wasnt one of his releases/items in his store. Someone on here mentioned him saying he was selling off some old records on his labels Facebook page, so that's how I found it.

Making this thread will just bring a little more attention to the community to not buy stuff off this guy. I think it's fair that as many people as possible see this, so he doesn't scam more of us.

Anyways, don't support this dudes label because he is obviously a shitty guy, and scammed me $45.

And if anyone wants to ask him why he scammed me on his labels Facebook page, go ahead, since he's completely blocked me.
