Nice dude. Which goodwill? I went digging the other day and didn’t find much. I’ve been thinking about a secondary setup myself. 

Went out to the Portland Horror Film Fest last night. Got to meet Mick Garris which was super rad. And they premiered his new anthology horror film Nightmare Cinema which is fucking awesome. I think it’ll be out on shudder sometime in the near future. Reborn was also another feature film that was a really fun watch. Maybe 8 or 9 short films throughout the night. All for $18. Hell of a good night.

I feel like bands like this are setting out to make “the most epic as possible” type records. And in turn makes many other things go untouched that really make a well balanced record. 

I’m usually one to get into a gumboXcore band here and there but this one truly did bore me. Sorry Gumby.

Watched All Hallows’ Eve on amazon prime video last night. From the same guy that did Terrifier. This is actually one of Art the clowns first appearances. Fun lil horror anthology flick.

I got a week trail subscription for CBS All Access. Pretty annoying that you have to have a totally separate service to watch this. Hoping they keep adding more to YouTube. 

Went and saw Us the other day. Really enjoyed it. 

Anyone catch the new Twilight Zone? I enjoyed the first episode a good bit. Gonna check out the second tonight. Also need to get on the first two episodes of What We Do in the Shadows. 

Welp, getting a refund from DW. Lame.

I second the suggestion of Gigantic, and a buddy of mine does some work with Second Profession Brewery. Some good beers and a really laid back atmosphere.

 

What kind of food are you into?

Hopefully will be able to make it. Working on replacing my closer at the restaurant right now and if I don’t find someone by the weekend I’ll have to be there. So we shall see how the week goes. 

Gigantic is fantastic. Never had a beer of theirs I didn’t like. Cascade, the other brewery I mentioned, does only aged sours. Which I love. So if you’re into that sorta thing check them out for sure!

Gigantic and Cascade are 2 musts for sure. 

Guidance does not feel like 3 years at all. Ready for whatever RC will throw our way. 

After seeing the early bird I am trying so hard not to double dip on that Newbury variant. 

I, too, have held off on listening to anything after the initial single. All the positive words really make me excited. LP2, despite being a total Owen record, holds a very special place to me too. I also have been using a couple of smart lights in color coordination with my first listens of records. Really ups the expierence for a first listen.
