Mine in the US weren't warped, but yes, they are very light. I haven't listed to the 45 rpm version, but I do think the sound is very good and can't imagine the 45 rpm being much better.

I pinged them about the delay and this was the response, This was definitely sent out a month ago. Seems as though it may have gotten lost en-route. I'm still waiting for mine and only ordered one. Getting a little ridiculous.

I'm looking for some to play records ( rock, electronic ) as well as general tv use, no home theater. The only place I looked so far was amazon and Polk was the highest rated, but they were more for surround and not front/main.
