  1. Hmm. I might have to get this. I actually like this album a lot more than k thought I would.
  2. Yes!!!! Can't wait for Heat Fetish! Any idea if it'll be in stores or more of just an online thing? I guess that depends on how many are pressed? Thanks for the info, just seeing if I should try to get it online or head down to Pismo Beach to pick it up.
  3. I just noticed that both Amazon and Sound Stage Direct have two different listings for this on vinyl. One from Music on Vinyl and the other from Watertower Music. One is 180 gram with a four page booklet and the other is 140 gram with just an insert. Everyone in the states might want to double check which version you preordered.
  4. I think the post-Colors era is much better than the pre-Colors era. I've really enjoyed everything they've released since Colors. I also feel like they just keep getting better at honing their sound on each album. One of the main things I really enjoy is the over-arching completeness of the album by making the songs not just songs, but different parts that flow into other parts. I think they are really great at doing this. Just my two cents.
  5. Woo-hoo! New album and a tour with Animals as Leaders and the Contortionist?! YESSSSS
  6. That drill sargeant part is insanely annoying...also, I read somewhere that this song will not be a radio single...
  7. Heat Fetish, Heat Fetish, Heat Fetish... C'mon Rise Records, get it done already....
  8. Tick tock is the longer version from which Mountains came from. It's like 8 minutes whereas mountains is like 3 or 4.
  9. The track listing is super interesting. I'm glad they changed it up from what was a part of the original soundtrack regular release edition.
  10. They didn't start in Vheissu...just sayin....Deadbolt is like right out of the book of Proverbs...
  11. That's probably because with beggars there were multiple variants for people to collect, while the original press of major/minor is just one so there isn't any variant collecting with people double dipping. That's my guess.
  12. By the way, the music itself is fantastic. I'm really stoked on the double album. I still like Omega more at the moment, but knowing I have that more classic Periphery sound in Omega also helps me like Alpha a lot more and enjoy it. I'm really happy with the job they did on this.
  13. Wow. Awesome. Kind of wishing I went for that version instead of the one we're waiting until April for....looks good!
  14. I like Omega more than Alpha. The first riff of the song Omega after the piano....pfff...so awesome.
  15. You'd just have someone else buy it for you! Haha.
  16. I've also had a good experience and a bad experience as well with the site to store feature with them. Good recommendation.
  17. Got shipping confirmation on my deluxe box set too! Stoked. If they actually do a vinyl pressing, I hope they fix the track listing go include No Time For Caution since it's not on the standard release.
  18. This is great. Hopefully the one by me gets some worthwhile stuff. I have no problem with Wal Mart. Nothing wrong with working there agua. They pay people real money just like everywhere else and have some good and also some terrible business practices, just like other businesses all across the country. Almost every company Ive worked for or have had someone I know work at has things about it that suck. Wal-Mart just gets the most attention.
