    My body just allowed me 2.5 hours of sleep. Now I have some time to kill before going back into work to do a huge cleaning project that no one bothered to train me to actually do. Hopefully I don't ruin/break everything. My portable CD player had shock protection. It was dope. I didn't even know skipping was a thing until one day when I was like "The fuck is this button?" and accidentally turned off the skip protection feature.

    Show was crazy dark which is why I stuck with it and enjoyed it so much. Edit: Oh shit, now I'm a Double LP. But I'm probably the disappointing kind where you get it and it's just two LPs shoved in a single LP jacket.

    NIN is more popular. I hear Closer at LEAST once a day while out in the world. I'll hear MM maybe once a month or so. Modest Mouse are big but NIN are huge.

    TDGAG and Daisy are waaaaaaaay better than YFW and Deja. Sadly I only own YFW even though the two superior albums are easily available.

    Ugh I want that blood filled variant so bad and I know I don't stand a chance. Friday the 13th is easily my favorite horror series. I even love mosT of the bad entries. I even kinda enjoy some of the sequel where its not Jason but just some guy dressed as him. Although the best slasher ever might be Sleepaway Camp 2.

    I'm not a fan of Mondo but had to pick up their release of the Maniac remake soundtrack. So fucking good. Synth horror movie soundtrack revival needs to pick up. You're Next had a good one.

    I was surprised by how good that was. Just as fucked up and sleazy as the original but in its own way for the most part. Last Saturday I saw a 35mm print of the original and it was amazing. I loved Wilfred. It was a bit uneven throught the years but stayed pretty strong. Anyone see the series finale? Everyone I talk to is like "oh, I'm only on the 2nd season."

    I love that Elijah Wood almost exclusively plays creeps now. Or at least mentally unstable characters. Dude is good at it.

    I think a lot of that has to do with licensing. A lot of studios/distributors give exclusive rights to certain streaming platforms or are developing their own. That and they aren't going to license out the really big titles most of the time. I was really surprised when The Avengers popped up on netflix, but I guess it doesn't matter when youve already raked in a billion dollars.

    Eternal Sunshine is dope. I think it might have a bigger impact when you're a sad teenager, but still holds up when you're a sad adult.

    I could only go to parties stoned. Weed used to help my social anxiety before it turned against me and started giving me horrific panic attacks. Besides it was always fun at parties to play "Find all the stoners and go have your own mini party"

    I just wish I could still smoke weed. Being high is so much better than drinking. Although to be fair I definitely used to smoke waaaaaaay too much.

    I haven't had a drop of alcohol in three weeks and drinking a few beers tonight felt awesome. Three weeks ago I got "I am never drinking again" level drunk. Missed a few really good drinking opportunities too. Alcoholism runs deep in my family so it's kinda good to know I can stop for a bit. Plus I found out my dad finally quit drinking which makes me really happy.
