I probably should have sucked it up and finished my last 3 semesters. I'd probably still have a shitty job and too much debt, but when talking about literature I'd have a piece of paper stating I'm right.

My girlfriend smoked a bowl before she went to bed and now I'm drinking shitty beer. The smell/taste combo is making me really miss college. Well not actual college, but the fun stuff that wasn't class or papers.

I wish wal mart just had a $3 cat shirt department. I'd be all over that.

Does Wal Mart actually sell $3 men's shirts with cats on them? This is a very important question that will determine what I wear every day from now on.

Luckily there wasn't anyone behind me so I didn't feel pressured. It ended up being a good omen. Work has been going smoothly all day after the rest of the week being a clusterfuck.

Is tax free weekend still a thing in NY? I remember hearing about it as a kid but completely forgot about it...so I'm guessing it's not. Stopped at Dunkin Donuts on my way to work, pulled up to the window and tried to pay and the guy was like "Oh the last person just paid for you." I was like "uh, on purpose?" Apparently it WAS on purpose. So thank you, coffee angel, wherever/whoever you are.

I've been burnt out on comic book movies for awhile now. Haven't liked any of the Marvel sequels so far and thought The Avengers was only OK. Guardians of the Galaxy, however, was a complete blast and I hope it gets tons of sequels and crossovers.

Just bought my ticket for Guardians of the Galaxy tonight after work. Pretty stoked. Some coworkers might come with me but if they bail I don't give a fuck. Going to movies alone is dope. I have a friend who has already seen it 3 times. Even if it's great that might be a bit much.

Morphine is tight. Glad to hear you got that shit out before you died. Last time I went to the hospital was for the worst migraine in the world and they gave me a shitload of non-narcotics before finally giving me morphine which stopped the agony. Then Jurassic Park was on AMC. 10/10 night in the end.

Same thing here and it's the worst. After 2.5 years I've been experimenting with taking tiny puffs once in awhile. So far a little anxiety, no panic...yet. I remember back when I smoked all the time if I went a day or two without it I'd barely be able to fall asleep. My advice would be to just wait it out. Your body/mind are just used to being stoned and will take some time to adjust. When I stopped for good I remember after a few days I started sleeping a bit better but having INSANE vivid dreams.

I really only go out and drink if Im visiting friends or being visited. Ill chill and drink 2-6 beers by myself once or twice a week, but that's about it. Went back to my hometown for the weekend and things just got out of hand because we were so excited to be hanging out. What killed me though was some idiot bought a bunch of shots at like 345am. As for Jesus thing I had someone ask me why I chose whine because water into bourbon would have been way more baller. Also, someone took a selfie with me so they could tell their friends they met the singer from the Black Crows? That was a new one.

I thought about reading the last 50 pages to catch up, but I just have too much internet shit I'm behind on. Got my computer back up and working and then went on my mini vacation. Mini vacation really fucked me though because now my schedule looks like this: 8 days working, 4 days vacation, 8 days working. It's some bullshit. Experienced my first multiple day hangover and being on the wrong side of 25 is just the fucking worst. Also learned that drunk people in bars get really excited about thinking I look like Jesus.

I loved like the first 2/3 of Noah. Probably because I read false spoilers about the ending that would have made the movie CRAZY dark. The creation scene was amazing though. Beautiful movie throughout too. The Fountain is probably in my all time Top 5.

Saw a shitty country rock bar band over the weekend (stumbling drunk from bar to bar) and they played a song called "Something bout Trucks" or something. My friends and I just screamed "TRUCKS!" the whole time.

The past few years Barnes and Noble have done it in July and November. Creterion sometimes does flash sales on their site.
