I agree on not harassing him, but honestly I know so many people inside and outside these forums that got screwed out of hundreds of dollars and are still expecting this because he couldn't man up and say he messed up. I got my compensation awhile back in the form of other records but only a small amount of people actually got refunds. This dude literally stole money from people, thats not okay. Or is it?

This is exactly what I was thinking. Also I don't know alot about this venue but we have one here in florida and I've seen a more non christian bands there than christian bands. It seems that ours is pretty open to alot of things. But I feel like as people have said this probably wasn't a first offense and it feels like he knew what he was doing

Not saying there aren't shady business practices but I know there are quite a few Mars Hill Churches. Rob Bell's MarsHill had a large amount of shadiness and problems a few years back. Its funny because I said the same thing about the "recruiting vibe" the first time I listened to terror.

Watch the HBO Documentary 12th and Delaware. Its about our small little city. A heap of churches go out an protest and confront people at a local abortion clinic EVERY single day. Quit their jobs. My friend, and my Co Worship Director yelled at them on camera. Most people with a brain can see that what they are doing is wrong. Not all churches believe these things. Not all churches are about hate. Don't put a whole group of people in a box because of a label and a crappy history. My church is a Biker church. Quite the opposite of church in the whole spectrum of things. I've been so many places in this country. These "Westboro" type of people are an extremely small number. Its funny that you fight what you believe to be Hate with more Hate. If you don't like it, get up and do something about it and stop complaining on forums.

not really a question. I can't remember who wrote that awesome A Change Of Pace review awhile back but I remember being in class and laughing sooooo hard! Greatest thing i've heard read in a review. ever.

What has been your least professional/biggest geek out moment?

I got to know SG really well after I got to put out Kingdom Days... and we've never talked about anything religion based. But stage wise and media wise thats pretty much all they do. I think them and For Today and a few others see it as having a platform to either bring something meaningful to the table or bring nonsense like most bands alot of times. I don't see it as being pushy or anything especially with those 2 bands because you listen to 1 song and you know what you're getting into. Like you said, Its just a message like any other band has. I don't really dont hate killing an animal or eating meat but I love Strike Anywhere and Anti Flag.

I deal with these types of crimes w/ youth almost weekly. I can just say from familiar stories its pretty similar to most accounts that I hear. But this truly isn't the way to go about it. I hear all the time that women stay around a man because they are "pressured" or "afraid to leave" But if someone is perusing you all night and you aren't feeling it, just call it a night. Not saying dont share a bed, I've done it, we all have. But if you are educated and not drunk, its probably smart not to sleep with someone who you know is attracted to you. Not blaming anyone, just saying its better to avoid things like that. You never know who people are and the thoughts that go through their head. We say it a million times here "When Opportunity meets desire" bad things can happen. Not an accusation of a false report, and I've been through alot of stuff. I get it. But if you truly want justice go about it the right way. She seems like a smart girl but the way she did this doesn't help much. I mean come on, Law and Order SVU has been on forever, people know to go to the police or tell a friend. Not tumblr.

Instead of rehasing all of the regular ones. Here is my wishful thinking... I'd love to see Dead Poetic - Four Wall Blackmail and New Medicines. I don't think the fanbase or demand justifies a large pressing but it could do alright. I think a Project 86 Boxset would be really cool. All 3 of the Spoken albums are absolutely fantastic to me. One band I've loved everything they've done w/ t&n. Terminal - how the lonely keep is in the same league as dead poetic. wont sell a ton but the people who want it will love a pressing of this. the Classic Crime - Albatross and the Silver Cord. Not really into the dudes personally but i love the music. Thought it was some of the better poppy stuff t&n has been putting out. Dogwood, Bon Voyage, Far Less, Fair, as well as so many others. Solid state wise. A Demon Hunter Boxset would be killer. and would probably sell good. Soul Embraced, He Is Legend, Haste the Day, Once Nothing, Advent, Wolves At the Gate. and all the usuals.

I was happy with my original presses of this but I picked up a copy of the gold out of curiosity and I must say this is just tacky all around. seems rushed and neglected.
