I've heard there were quite a few, over a thousand. Vinyl was on black and red (limited). I've seen Blue ink and Black ink used for the screen printing.

I use small spring tension curtain rods. You can pick them up at Walmart or Home Depot/Lowes for like $2 a piece. Just get one that will fit the cube width, adjust it so it fits snug, put it in the back, and you're done. Nice! I took a small 1x3 piece pine and made a U shape. The flat bottom part bumps up against the records and the two stem parts extend past the expedit and bump into the wall. I like this way because I was able to push the records forward a bit further than just nailing a piece of wood to the back of the expedit.

Here's the thing, if you buy a brand new turntable (crosely or otherwise) are you going to turn around in a year or so and buy a different one? Maybe, maybe not. I think you're better off waiting, saving, and buying a table that will last you a long time. That may be the project/rega/Denon. If you buy a shitty table you're going to need to re-buy one and there's a chance you'll trash some records in the process.
