  1. Wow... did it take you 5 months to come up with that badly worded, grammatically disastrous reply? Your recent Discogs ratings & reviews haven't changed at all since your last post, and now your calling all the people who leave negative feedback "SCAMMERS." Maybe if you prefaced your listings by saying "WARNING: It will take me a month to ship your records, and they'll be dusty & over-graded if they even show up," people might not leave negative reviews. How are you not banned here yet?
  2. Sucks that that don't deliver to the US. Some good deals here.
  3. I don't think so. The catalog number that it listed didn't seem to match any previous versions. I think it's safe to assume we'll see an official announcement in the coming weeks (fingers crossed for a repressing of his entire discography!).
  4. MusicDirect just removed the Odelay listing. Guessing they were contacted by Beck's camp & told to wait for the official announcement?
  5. This happened to me the first time I ordered from CCmusic, even though I know for a fact that my apt number was included. Luckily I caught it at the PO before it was sent back. Hasn't happened again since.
  6. I feel like we're being trolled by getting a repress of a greatest hits before we get a repress of Wildflowers.
  7. And they only have 3 pages of vinyl. Ouch. They have some good records, but that's literally the worst selection I've ever seen. No way they're making much money from online sales.
  8. Punk music is safe. Pop-punk is safe. Emo is safe. Instrumentally, this song is experimental AF, and hugely inspired by the avant garde work of Steve Reich. You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but calling it "safe" says more about you than you know.
  9. Thanks for this! I grabbed a copy of Hendrix's Band of Gypsys for less than $10 shipped!

  11. I saw him live a few times over the past decade, and though the shows were always fun, the last tour he did was especially depressing. It was in a tiny venue. After his introduction Blowfly came out from backstage, and he couldn't even step up onto the stage, which was only 2-3 feet off the ground. He struggled with it for a couple minutes until the band grabbed his hands and the crowd literally pushed his ass up there. Once he was onstage it was great, but I knew he wouldn't be around too much longer. I have a severe dislike for his manager/drummer.
  12. If you prefer PayPal, I order from this seller on a fairly regular basis. It's a few bucks more than the Amazon link, but they ship very fast. http://www.ebay.com/itm/50-PREMIUM-LP-RECORD-ALBUM-BOOK-or-BOX-MAILERS-/300349048398?hash=item45ee32c64e:g:gF0AAOxyUrZSshH5
  13. There's a reason you were kicked off of Reddit a year or two ago - You spam your Discogs link on every single vinyl forum on the internet & every city on Craigslist, and then you get defensive about people calling you out for it. Honestly, it comes across as really desperate, makes me never want to buy from you, and makes me want to actively encourage others not to as well. Your replies to your negative reviews are very unprofessional & telling as well... Your reply to that review: There's also the issue of your prices being completely absurd (Aren't you the person who was once charging ~$150 for a Barbra Streisand LP?!): The Latin Brothers ‎– La Negra Quiere Cheapest VG+/VG copy available: $15 Your price for a VG+/VG copy: $100 Grandmaster Caz ‎– MC Delight (Casanova's Revenge) Cheapest VG+/VG+ copy available: $55 Your price for a VG+/VG copy: $140 Lex (46) ‎– Commin Up Cheapest NM copy available: $79 Your price for a NM copy: $200 Reggée* ‎– Dick Is Hard / Jimbo Is Hard Cheapest Mint copy available: $35 Your price for a Mint copy: $200 I could go on and on, but I don't have the time. Seriously... if you want to actually sell your stuff, you shouldn't price it 2-3x what it has ever sold for & sell dusty-ass over-graded records. Watch out for this guy everyone. EDIT: My apologies... you weren't charging $150 for that Streisand LP... you were only charging $90. http://boards.vinylcollective.com/topic/109766-large-collection-of-records-15000-lps-and-12in/#entry2181230
  14. As a lifelong Iggy fan... Both of these songs are just slightly above mediocre. The production & musicianship deserve credit for recreating a sound/feeling, but Iggy is, as usual, dialing in the performance. He's isn't the same person he was during the Lust For Life period, and it shows on every level. He's a spiritually content, rich retiree that lives in Florida... not a drug-addled, cartwheeling madman living on the fringes. Honestly, I'd rather listen to him crooning french ballads than hear him unsuccessfully retread old ground.
  15. I don't mind doing $10ppd just to get it out of my small ass apartment. Open to offers on most of the hip-hop as well if anyone is interested in something.
  16. Jeez, I'd gladly pay more than $20 if anyone else has a spare copy. I left my browser open to the B&N clear page when I went to bed the night before he died. Planned on ordering it up the next morning, and of course, that didn't happen.
  17. I'm glad I paid an extra $5 to receive it from a company that knows how to ship vinyl. In 2015 there are no excuses to be uninformed about proper LP packaging. It signals that a company opted for the cheap shipping option as opposed to the safe one. I usually return anything that shows up in a bubble mailer or thin cardboard sleeve because of damages.
  18. Dude... No disrespect, but are you 5? How is that even possible? That's like saying "I've never heard of The Beatles."
