This is definitely how it started for me. For the past 4 or 5 years the only time I would buy it was when I went to a concert and they had it available. However over the past 6 months or so I've decided to try and build a small collection of a few of my favorite bands and then some. Listening to vinyl is awesome, but a majority of the time it's just not convenient. I doubt my collection will ever get very big, it'll probably stay small and concentrated.

Ah thanks man, I'm not very familiar with instragram. That looks tour version looks great though, kind of sad I didn't learn about these guys sooner. Better late than never though.

Yeah the Sorority Noise album is pretty awesome, kind of sad I didn't buy one of those cassette EPs a while back. I'm probably gonna lurk this thread from now on, seeing as these past few months I've been on an emo kick and I need to broaden my horizons beyond more than just a handful of bands.

So is the tour pressing just black vinyl? I know the sleeve is like red or something. couldn't find a picture on the google. Also still haven't recieved my shipping info, but I'm not really in a rush. There's hundreds of orders going out and I'm probably one of the last of them. Can't wait to see these guys in June.

Wow really? I placed an order within a couple hours of the sale starting, and still haven't gotten any shipping info. However, I actually made a pretty big order so I don't know if that's part of the reason... Yeah, I'm normally not one to complain either, but I really want my mint green Deer Leap split to come...

Giving this a listen now and I'm actually really enjoying it. The vocals don't seem to be as shrill, maybe it'll help me warm up to their other stuff.

I've been having a lot of trouble just sitting down and enjoying a game for the past couple of years or so. Whenever I try to sit down and play something for more than an hour it just seems to get stale and I'd rather spend my time doing something else. The only game that's been managing to hold my attention lately is smash bros. After learning some basics of the more advanced techniques with my friends it's gotten a hundred times funner. seriously, I could play one-on-one rotations with my friends for hours in that game, but can't do it with any other.

Friend made me see this band at warped tour. They brought a fan on stage to play guitar with them for a song, and halfway through the song the guy realized the guitar they gave him wasn't plugged in to anything and he proceeded to stand there awkwardly. Then they proceeded to talk to the crowd asking everyone to promote their new album saying things like "you guys can make this happen". It was awkward as fuck.

I've tried listening to Brand New so many times, but each time I just find them really boring. On a different note, I really hate Algernon Cadwallader's vocals. I love everything else, but the vocals are like nails on a chalkboard to me, maybe one day I'll be able to listen to it.

Just reading this thread now, and all these posts about shitty packaging are making me worried about the shit I've ordered that has yet to come in the mail. Not gonna lie, I'd straight up kill for a Formlessness or Whenever, If Ever test press.

If I had the money I'd be all over that Sleepmakeswaves record.

Oh my god. I've been kicking myself in the ass for not ordering the Deer Leap split on mint green since it was pressed, and now you guys have put some more online. This is like a dream come true. Also ordered a damaged Whenever, If Ever and a few other things. This sale is awesome.

I'd like to know about this as well. I keep hearing that the guys from Dads are assholes, and a lot of people have started hating on them now because of this. I just want to know what the hell happened.

Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely try to see them indoors. I really wanted to go see them when they were touring with BTBAM and Russian Circles, but the timing of the concert prevented me.

If there's a tour edition vinyl announced for the platinum/gold as well I'm going to kick myself so hard for not getting a gold ticket when I had the chance. I would kill for this album on vinyl. I don't know exactly, but it was pretty much when I got the call. I think like at 11:40 or so? I was going for Chicago though, so that might be part of it. A large portion of the GA seems to be sold out for Chicago now, I don't know if I'd want to go if I couldn't get floor tickets, and those looked to be sold out hours ago.

I don't know man. I'm not the biggest fan of them, but I think the occasional cassette is neat. That being said though, I'd still love to go to the concert, but I don't have any friends that are into Coheed and I hate going to concerts by myself. Next time they tour I might just go by myself though, been wanting to see Coheed for a loooong time now.

Was so excited for this reveal, but then the platinum tickets literally sold out in like under a minute, and that drained any enthusiasm from me. Can't wait to see the ebay prices for those cassettes though. One day I'll have the money to own some of the cooler stuff they put out...

If you end up being able to record that MB/Hotelier show that'd be amazing. Hoping to see them when they come to my area.

Album sounds sick. Hopefully the preorders ship out soon. I think it'd be awful but hilarious if I'm able to buy a copy from their show before the preorder arrives.

Really looking forward to this. Really interested in seeing how Only In Dreams, and My Name Is Jonas sound.
