Got my signed, split today. ~70% black, 30% pink. Somewhat disappointed the signed portion was basically a signed square poster they dropped in. Technically, didn't sign the gatefold. Hoping to get time to spin it tonight. Got tix for March's Fonda Theater show.

I try, as hard as I can to separate the artist from the album. If this were a new band, would I like the music? Tough to do, especially while growing up playing Street Fighter while listening to the blue album everyday. I CAN enjoy this album, more than I can say for the last few.

Had some difficulty with Paypal checkout on PC via Chrome. Worked fine from Safari via iPhone. But, yeah, looks nice. I'm going to say this is the second pink record purchase this month.

100% more likely than if you don't order. Clear looks safe, claims 1600. Red will be a crap shoot @ 500. My head is still processing the fact that the black vinyl will be more rare than colored/clear.

Not sure if anyone else noticed, Amazon seems to have price matched some of these. I just searched "vinyl" on the iphone app, Modest Mouse albums appear comparable, Brand New's Daisy, Youth Lagoon, Nevermind 4LP. Check it out, see if this helps. Mainly, if BB ran out of stock, or you only wanted 1-2 records. (I see the Amazon thread captured most of these)

I'm fairly new to vinyl. Maybe 1 year in. I'm wondering if sales like this, and Insound, even UO, lead me to the following buying philosophy: Only buy special Preorders and limited runs at full price, wait for lesser loved or lesser known artists to hit clearance. I don't want to derail this thread, I just never realized decent vinyl hits the clearance racks.
