That's awesome. I wish I could give you specific advice. I guess: pay attention to EVERYTHING. Also, you'll probably want the house less after the inspection, BUT just because there are small things wrong with it, doesn't mean it's not worth it. That's all I have for advice. My wife is very anxious and skeptical and I'm all "Whatever." So be like me I guess. Anyway GOOD LUCK!

HOPEFULLY that AOTY reissue's 2nd LP is the acoustic demos that came with the deluxe CD version. I don't think the original LP had anything like that. Just a hunch based on the Ugly Organ reissue with all the bonuses. Fingers crossed.

I bought the new Decemberists album and it sounds amazing. I'm sure it was made in the same plant as the black LPs but is just distributed via Newbury.

I love that one/ those scenes. It doesn't matter how many times my wife sees the scene with Jack Black dancing to his mixtape, she cries from laughter every time. Anyway, I'm stoked for the repress and have been expecting it for some time now.

Though it's over priced, this movie is one of my "Top Five" favorite films. I've always wanted the OST. Because Jack Black singing "Let's Get it On" kills. I just pray it's not a picture disc.

Not that it's news on the upcoming album per se, but http://www.desaparecidosband.com/has recently changed layout. For anyone who followed the site when the 7"s were being released, you probably noticed how it all kind of changed right before they went up for sale. My point: keep your eyes on the site AND Epitaph's storefront. In my experience, they will post everything for sale in the store before it is announced as "on sale/ preorder now!" I'm getting antsy.

I'm drinking the stout right now (20FEB15 @ 2105) I'm a big, big Against Me! fan. I'm also a pretty big fan of NOFX. Champion Brewing Company out of Charlottesville, VA is too apparently. They made two really rad beers: Black Me Stout (Inspired by Against Me) Stickin' in My IPA (Nofx) I live and linger in CT. It's goddamned impossible for most out of state, smaller breweries to distribute here (it's offensively expensive for them). SO. I propose that someone gimme a hand in acquiring a six pack of each. You can LEGALLY ship it through UPS and FedEx. You can do all the paperwork through them so that they will only deliver to me when I show them I am 21+. Or you can just ship it to me w/o all that. I truly could care less. Whatever works for you. Obviously you would need to be 21+ or have your parents do it for you (not suggested). I never pass through that part of VA or I would do it myself. What's in it for you? Well, check out my collection (link in sig) and I'll trade a lot of things. OR I can just pay you $40 on top of ($22ish for beer and whatever it costs to ship around 10 pounds). Good observation. My Angela's theme hasn't shipped, so it's plausible. When I see tracking on that, I'll try again. With over 2K left after the initial onslaught, I'm probably safe to wait until next week (but I'll keep tabs on the stock levels).
