xfactor675 replied to cylsrecords's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Thank You and Cathy for everything. It's just awesome that after we met on Empire's EU tour we are doing "business" with each other Keep up the good work with the band and the label. I also suggest to everyone to buy MM, Empire and Benton Falls records. -

I know it's stupid, but if I buy something is that possible to ship it out after the holiday season ends in january? It's more than likely it wont turn up in time for Christmas and I had some bad experience during these times with the postal service. Edit: I made the order, I sent an e-mail through bigcartel, is there a better way to contact you about this thing, Keith? -

few days ago I read on RFC's site that blue TJ will be available on RevHQ, and now I can't find it anymore. Is this still happening, if yes, when? I was stupid enough to miss out on the yellow, I'd love to have at least the blue. -

I've just received the Green one from Merch Lackey, pretty fast considering I'm in Europe. It's numbered as well. (on the side note, and totally offtopic I jumped on the 5 dollar saves the day shirt sale, and M is like YS-ish small....) -
btw, were they trying to make it to the top of the "most awful cover arts" list with this one? they did a hell of a good job then.

I won 2 records on the 8th of october, and still never received them... I had plenty of orders with VC and had everything within 2 weeks, I sent an e-mail but got no answer, what should I do? -
cool, this means now I might have to pull the trigger and make my first SRC order.
-
by the way, is there any place beside interpunk that selling the full-length?
-
Limited pressing is back. although I pass this, as much as I like the cover and the color, I can't justify a $13,50 shipping on a single 7".
-
I was mad that they left Sleep Underground off the album, not anymore.

Touche Amore to re-release Beat of.. 10"
xfactor675 replied to fourfourtwo's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Good luck finding the black/white on the European tour. I spoke with Jeremy yesterday, and the label gave them 2! (yes two) copies of the split color. So my question is, where are those records? maybe the label will give them for the UK part of the tour.... -
++rainy, warm november evening and Touché Amoré later on, perfect combo

I'm picking this up at the show, but for fuck's sake they can't spell my country's name properly(although they just copied it from the booking's page, but still). -

Yo, France! What's the deal?
xfactor675 replied to lonesomexloveus's topic in Everything Else Message Board
I just don't understand this, they have the lowest retirement age in Europe, and even if they raise it, they'll be still in the the top around here. But they yeah they can strike about everything. -
Stay Ahead Of The Weather We Better Get Goin' If We're Gonna Pre-order Colors: Black Coke Bottle Marble Gray Stay Ahead Of The Weather is almost a year old. They're four friends living, working, playing music and growing up in a midwest DIY scene that means the world to them. A few of them play in a couple other bands (Into It. Over It. / Native / Castevet), but started this band for fun. They wanted to write songs that they love and have another excuse to hang out with each other in between going to shows and going to work. After almost 9 months of toiling over each guitar line, drum fill and trying to work around all of their individual touring schedules, they finally set time to record their first 5 songs, which is titled "We Better Get Goin' If We're Gonna". They recorded it in 3 days with their friend Mark Michalik (The Swellers, Fireworks, Castevet, Into It. Over It.) at Drasik Studios in Chicago, IL. No Sleep Records was later kind enough to put the record out on a 7" the way they'd initially invisioned it (and had always intended it). "Sometimes it seems like our lives can be stretched thin by our careers, by our hobbies, by any number of distractions... but this is something that the four of us will always be able make time for." Stay Ahead Of The Weather is Matt Jordan, Nick Wakim, Evan Weiss and Bobby Markos. Track Listing 01. Get Old Or Die Tryin' 02. Impressions & Impressing People 03. Sorority Social Suicide 04. No Sleep Till Humboldt 05. Butchering A Back Catalog 3 songs available to stream at different places. AltPress Facebook Absolutepunk Seriously get this, I can't stop listening to these songs!
