Aside from the ludicrous price of all that, a lot of that information isn't even correct; some of the extras listed don't actually come with those releases and the write-up for the REA records reads as if we never did any runs after the first pressing. I don't care if people sell our things but don't write about our releases in a way that's flat-out wrong to try and justify wild pricing.

Knew this was coming thanks to tumblr. They are shipping next week. Now we just need TRK LP to be pressed!

$40 pdd was less than market value according to popsike.com and it's sold.

Yeah I'm sorry to anyone that was looking for that kind of thing, but this isn't really something that we can do. There have already been a few people who've sent emails to us about the discount and if we were to refund even one person, we'd have to give the same treatment to everyone (and whoever else would come forth expecting the same afterwards) and it would just set a precident that would create way too much additional work for us around a time that we're trying to celebrate / give something back to those who are interested in partaking in our sale.

A few months ago, I sold a poster on eBay. The bidding went up extremely higher than I was expecting. I was paid right away and shipped the item. USPS lost it for a week, but it ended up getting there (100 miles away) within 12 days. (tracking proves it was dropped off at the post office the day after the auction ended). The day before he got it, he asked for a refund and said he didn't want to wait any longer and accused me of never sending it out. After he got it, I thought the story was over.
 
Now that it's been several weeks, a few more of the same posters start popping up on ebay. They sell for about half what this one sold for. A week later, he emails me and says he's going to send it back and he'd like a refund because there's a scratch on it. I told him there was no scratch. 
 
Then he opened a case with ebay. I called ebay, told them the whole story. They said I didn't do anything wrong and they would back me. I kept answering his emails for two weeks and we argued about it. I offered him a partial refund. 
 
Then he escalates the claim and says he's done arguing. eBay gives him a "courtesy refund". I get an email from paypal saying there is a $250 hold on my account and that I have two weeks to pay before they send it to collections. Any money that comes into my paypal account during this time automatically goes to ebay. I try to appeal. The poster shows up on my doorstep. eBay tells me there's nothing I can do. I can either pay or not pay. If I choose to not pay... collections yada yada yada.
 
So yeah. They can take the money out of your pocket. At least the guy sent the poster back.
 
Which by the way, there was nothing wrong with.

Not that any of us know his situation, but if it's that awful don't pre-order 28 dollar records on a whim.

Kess is complaining about 25% off his OT order while I'm a broke 20 year old college attending father, supporting my family and funding my own record label. That thought never even crossed my head.

It's shitty to ask a label to apply a discount that wasn't active when you bought stuff. Bottom line. That's not the point of "sales".

Show me where in the copyright laws it says these are illegal to buy and I'll believe you, but as far as I can see these bootlegs are entirely legal to buy.
