This band is great! I'd love to pick up this collection but don't have the cash to do so.

I'd actually go for the last ep over the album, but if this was to happen it'd just make sense to do them both in one package regardless. I'd love to have them both on vinyl as they are both fantastic. If I ran a label I'd suggest we co-release this...but I don't. I would happily invest in this project though.

I loved this game. We'd play this in my grade school "computer class" and we would all compete to see who could beat the game first. It's still really funny for me to think about a room full of kids yelling "I DIED FROM TYPHOID FEVER!"

The last thing I need to do is get more tattoos...but this is rather tempting.

Jawbreaker is the big one for me. The Descendents are another band I would do terrible things to see...but I would not bankrupt myself and fly to Australia to do so.

I am super excited for this! Probably one of my favorite shows ever.

I'm really glad to see Shake It made the list. That place is fantastic. As for the Chicago stores (Laurie's and Dave's), I like them both. I made some ridiculous scores about both of them a couple weeks ago. Dave's usually is really expensive but sometimes he gets used stuff in and doesn't know what he has. Case in point, I nabbed an original Hectic by Operation Ivy, I Don't Want to Grow Up by The Descendents on red, an original Queen is Dead by The Smiths and a couple other things for under $50. It's definitely worth picking over.

That is more or less what made me check them out. Granted, I kind of grew up at a different time, but I saw a bunch of their shirts around and heard people speaking really highly of them. When I finally checked them out it knocked me on my ass. Rather unfortunately, I've never seen them live. It kills me. They are one of a few bands where if I heard they were playing a show on this continent I'd drop everything and go.

but you're now in the brotherhood/sisterhood of those with Avail tattoos so, everyday you're wearing an Avail shirt. I'm also probably going to get stitches tattooed around my Avail tatoo so it looks like I have a patch sewn onto me...that'll look hilarious when I'm 50. haha you should totally do that! I've often said if I make it to an age/place in life where I don't have to worry about visible tattoos I'm going to get real weird with it. I'm really glad I finally got it done, I had been putting it off for a while because I like to wait six months between tattoos at minimum and have a bunch of things I still want to get done. Just the other day some girl in my Opinion Writing class freaked out that I had an Avail tattoo. She ran up to me and gave me a hug...apparently she's from Richmond and "no one knows them up here" haha.

dude it was only i think $16-17 and the other reissues were on $17-18... I don't have your new number, text me when you get a chance, I had to have my phone reset on Friday and i lost some contacts. I actually wanted to call you last night but then realized I couldn't done and done (unless your number has changed)! If it's not raining I'm going to go do that. Those records are too good to sleep on.
