    I've received the physical component and digital EP.....it's the 12" I was referring to. Maybe I'm losing my mind - was there even a preorder for the 12"? Stupid order history is wiped clean or I'd know these things!!!

    I emailed them, and they confirmed that it's territory restricted and they are unable to ship to the US. I was hoping it was a glitch with the website. I wonder if anyone from the US that pre-ordered this early on will receive a copy? Or if every US pre-order is getting cancelled?

    Same here - actually I preordered it a month or so ago, but my card flagged the purchase as fraud overnight when they tried to bill me. Tried to order it again, and looks like they aren't shipping these to the US now??

    Got my replacement cover yesterday, I couldn't believe how well it was packed. Can't wait to get NTAE and AD, I haven't been this excited for new music releases in a while.

    Sent an email to customer service this morning, and I already got confirmation they are sending me a replacement sleeve. Pretty good customer service.

    My corners are mashed. Normally I wouldn't mind but this is a little much. Zero packaging - just sent in a basic media mail cardboard mailer. For $80, I wish they put a little more effort into packing it better.
