Yachty isn't really trap at all. More like cloud rap/pop if we're calling it anything like that.. Honestly though, with these new tracks, his trajectory is reminding me of Drake's early on. Similar criticisms, pop culture status, and general production/promotion choices. This kid could be huge a couple years from now. I heard "Peek a boo" on the radio yesterday (the first Lil Yachty non-feature track I've heard on this station) and turned it waayy up. And "Bring It Back" bout to be the jam of the summer.

Yeah, this album is seriously great. Passed on a pre-order because I was sure it was going to be terrible. Ordered the purple version from Bullmoose yesterday since they put them back up as available.

Got my copy from Cargo today. Mailer wasn't as flimsy as I was expecting. Got here with one tiny ding on the top of the jacket, otherwise flawless. Spinning now. I love this album so much.

Lil Boat is a great release.

This band rules. Saw them at Maha Fest last year after getting really into End of Days. Planning to see them again when they come here next month. The new single sounds awesome.

I paid Green Hell €48.78 yesterday. But I guess it turns out that they have the wrong Paypal address in their auto-generated invoices, so they re-invoiced me this morning, told me to cancel the first payment and only re-charged me €37.90 ($42) shipped. Gonna say this is a pretty good deal afterall.
